Your tasks:


We are looking for a
Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Berlin, Schöneberg as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independently manage the entire recruiting process for our 20+ branches and headquarters
  • Utilize traditional recruiting channels as well as direct approaches through business networks such as Xing and LinkedIn, or targeted portals (active sourcing)
  • Select and evaluate candidates while considering company culture and requirements
  • Conduct interviews (digital and inperson)
  • Maintain our applicant management system (Personio)
  • Monitor and optimize recruiting processes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen our employer brand
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Occasionally take on administrative HR tasks

Your profile:


What will impress us:


  • Successfully completed relevant studies, alternatively completed commercial training with several years of experience in recruiting
  • Professional experience in human resources, particularly in recruiting, and ideally in active sourcing and social media
  • Enjoyment of interacting with our applicants
