The WIP Trading AG is behind the brand Carhartt WIP. Our Swiss company group started in the early 1990s as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt.

Carhartt Work in Progress stands for the ambition to constantly evolve without losing sight of our roots. Over the past two decades, our company has grown organically - with the times, our customers, our cultural environment, and most importantly, our employees who shape and enrich Carhartt WIP with their perspectives.

We are currently looking for a Junior Controller (m/f/d) to join our German subsidiary based in Weil am Rhein as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be involved in the creation of quarterly and annual reports, as well as budgets and forecasts
  • You will act as a specialist contact for the individual business units
  • You will implement reporting requirements in our BI tool
  • You will be involved in the development and optimization of internal reporting structures, key figures, and processes

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance or equivalent qualifications
  • You have a strong understanding of business relationships, a high affinity for numbers, and a proactive and structured way of working
  • You have excellent German skills and
