Job Description:

You will alternate between 2 days per week of theory at IU (International University) and 3 days per week of practical experience in various Deichmann stores.
At the university, you will specialize in sales and coordinating activities in different sales channels.
You will learn about the processes in different retail locations, actively participate in daily operations, and gradually take on more responsibility.
This will be complemented by a practical phase in a Deichmann store abroad.

Profile:

You have a high school diploma with a good grade point average.
You are interested in retail and ideally have some practical experience in the industry.
You enjoy physical activity, are responsible and reliable.
You are motivated and have a strong willingness to learn and perform.
Good communication and teamwork skills complete your profile.
