Your Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring optimal planning, preparation, and implementation of our projects with a focus on the DACH region
  • Planning, controlling, and continuously improving order processing while adhering to applicable guidelines (DGUV, VDE, etc.) and monitoring external service deployments
  • Timely and costeffective development of calculations and offers for switchgear production and installation
  • Leading and developing the growing assembly team, consisting of approximately 20 employees
  • Continuous coordination with internal project managers, customers, and procurement
  • Coordination of regular maintenance and testing of portable equipment in accordance with legal regulations
  • Coordination and supervision of building technicians
  • Capacity and resource planning, as well as material planning

Your Profile:


  • Successfully completed training and further education as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), or similar qualification
  • Extensive experience in switchgear construction and several years of experience in personnel management
  • Knowledge of project management and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good knowledge of planning and calculation tools
  • Basic knowledge of building technology and relevant legal regulations
  • Sense of responsibility, initiative, communication skills, resilience
  • Very good German skills and proficient English skills
  • Willingness to travel
