At East End Colony, MT, we are currently seeking a
Student Assistant for our project "Sustainability Strategy for Lower Saxony" at Leuphana University Lüneburg.

The position will require approximately 28 hours of work per month, starting in April 2024. The focus of the role will be on state sustainability strategies in Germany. Relevant qualifications, such as a completed Bachelor's degree, are required due to the independent nature of the work package. If interested, there is also the possibility of further developing the topic as part of a final thesis.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Researching and evaluating existing literature on sustainability strategies
  • Analyzing existing statelevel sustainability strategies
  • Assisting in the preparation of a brief report on the sustainability strategy for Lower Saxony

  • A self-motivated and organized work style
  • A strong interest in sustainability in the context of politics and economics
  • Excellent skills in literature research
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
  • Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good to excellent knowledge of common office applications
