FOR THE DIGITALIZATION OF SCHOOLS, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NETWORK AND SERVICE DESK MANAGER (M/F/D) IN BAGHDAD Our city is moving towards the future - and you can be a part of it.
Your responsibilities:
You will take on the deputy technical leadership of the school digitalization team. You will manage the IT infrastructure at the 35 schools under municipal responsibility and actively develop it further. You will be responsible for tenders and the implementation of the support concept. You will coordinate the work of service providers and be responsible for concluding operating agreements. You will introduce a ticket system and be responsible for the introduction of WLAN at the schools in Bagdad. You will work on establishing uniform standards and defining processes. You will administer, maintain, and secure the system availability of network components and clients.
Your profile:
You have successfully completed a degree in (business/administrative) informatics or have a comparable qualification.
You have in-depth knowledge in the field of network technology as well as in the Windows and iOS environment (clients and servers).
You ideally have professional experience in public administration and are familiar with tasks and teaching processes in schools.
