    Job Description

    Position Title: Assistant Front Desk Manager

    Shift: Flexible

    Day(s) Required: Flexible

    Rate of Pay: $34,000

    Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years in a supervisory role in a large hotel/resort
  • A minimum of five years experience in guest services (front desk, concierge, PBX, bell, valet)
  • Able to problem solve effectively
  • Able to interact with team members and guests of all ages/from all around the world
  • Able to effectively communicate in spoken and written form
  • Flexible schedule
    Physical Requirements:
  • Able to stand at the registration desk for long periods of time
  • Able to walk floors as necessary to check rooms, visit guests, etc.
    Anticipated Start Date: Two (2) weeks from date of job offer
