  • Straße Braunschweig Susanna Drabkina We are currently looking for a Sales Trainer (m/f/d) with a focus on composite/sales for our Competence Development Sales department in the Sales Support area.
What can you expect? You will conduct trainings, workshops and coaching sessions in insurance sales, including accompanying and optimizing further education and sales processes.

With our training program, you will lay the foundation for successful personnel development of our sales employees in the trainer team.

You will create presentation and training materials as well as knowledge tests for product knowledge in the composite sector, communication and sales basics.

You will continuously develop the training and coaching concept based on user feedback and market analysis.

You are a networker (m/f/d) and enjoy working with others, from the specialist departments to IT and colleagues in sales.

You support individual development measures for sales
