We are currently looking for a (Senior) Software Test Manager (m/f/d) at our locations in Munich and Norderstedt.

Your diverse and challenging tasks

You design the testing process from conception to coordination and control of all testing activities, such as:
- Effort and resource planning
- Definition and monitoring of quality gates
- Coordination of input and output variables of existing test levels
- Creation and implementation of meaningful metrics for controlling and monitoring test progress and software quality
Together with the client, you determine test strategies and concepts.
You take on the professional supervision, leadership, and development of test teams.
You also support the departments operationally, for example, in:
- Test design and test case creation
- Test automation
