Our client is a family-owned pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and marketing of OTC medications and natural remedies. With a clear focus on quality, innovation, and customer orientation, the company has earned an excellent reputation in the industry. To strengthen their team, the company is now looking for a dedicated Sales Manager.

Requirements:

Develop and implement sales strategies for the entire portfolio to gain market share and achieve sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacies and other distribution partners
Lead a team of over 15 employees
Identify new distribution channels and business opportunities to increase product presence and sales
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals together
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in sales of OTC products, preferably in the pharmacy market
Degree or training in business administration, pharmacy, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in successful team leadership
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets
Ability to think and act strategically and operationally
Innovative mindset and ability to develop and implement new sales strategies
