Order Management Specialist
(m/f/d) in
Hamburg.

Your tasks include:

Monitoring the order flow for the provision of products in the fixed network sector
Monitoring the order entry as well as all subsequent activation and implementation processes
Checking orders with the respective partners and operational departments of Telefónica (if necessary, clarification of order data)
Complete and correct creation of orders in systems and tools
Commercial error analysis and quality control as well as resulting process optimization
Development and maintenance of reports for correct order processing as well as followup of external service providers
Providing the necessary parameters for the implementation and activation of business customers
Contacting end customers by phone and email (purpose: ensuring successful implementation and correction of order data)
Handover of the customer to inlife operation
