As an external personnel consulting company, we are searching on behalf of the renowned insurance broker - Sicherheitshalber Neumann & Jaremko - for an insurance specialist (m/f/d) as team leader for automotive customer service at our location in Eschborn.


YOUR NEW EMPLOYER


SICHERHEITSHALBER has been an independent and modern specialist insurance broker since 1986, specializing in target groups such as building service providers, facility management, financial services, real estate, and new media.


Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary and professional management of the automotive customer service team
  • Analysis of customer requirements and development of innovative solutions
  • Implementation and management of new processes, systems, procedures, and tools
  • Participation in consulting and support of the customer base
  • Interface between management, customers, and sales field staff

Qualifications:

  • Training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist (m/f/d)
  • Experience in the insurance industry or as an insurance broker
  • Experience in disciplinary or professional management of employees
  • Understanding of service orientation and independent organization
  • Strong sense of quality, leadership, and performance

Benefits:

  • Starting salary between 3,500 euros and 4,500 euros per month
