With seven branches, Avon is present throughout the Avon area and is a competent contact for all services according to the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II).

You will be employed indefinitely by the Bonn Employment Agency, but will carry out your duties at Avon.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Job placement/advice and integration of job seeker clients
  • Implementation of the Citizen's Income Act with a focus on applicant support: assignment of job seeker clients to an action program and its implementation/update, motivation of job seeker clients (e.g. cooperation plans), decision on the granting of support services


We are looking for you as a job placement specialist in the work focus area: applicant support, to support our teams in their tasks in relation to our client target groups (25-49, Integration Point, JobCoach, 50+).
