We are searching for a dedicated employee for our personnel recruiting (m/f/d) department, who can handle their tasks with competence and commitment.

In the role of a personnel recruiting officer (m/f/d), you will have the wonderful task of independently developing and implementing concepts for recruiting and retaining talents.

You will actively participate in the selection process for new employees and take our applicant management to the next level.

Additionally, you will proudly represent our company at job fairs and employment centers.


We are not just looking for an employee, but someone who brings joy and passion for personnel recruiting and wants to enrich our team.

Start date:
January 1st, 2024, working hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.


Required qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in personnel recruiting
  • Independent and thorough work ethic
  • Commitment, organizational skills, and a serviceoriented, friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills in German (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
