Your responsibilities:


  • Operational consulting and support for our HR topics for our specialists and managers.
  • Implementation of individual personnel measures in accordance with collective bargaining, legal, and organizational requirements.
  • Support for recruiting activities from job postings to hiring.
  • Support for international employee assignments, including relocations, contract negotiations, and legal assessments.
  • Assistance with HRrelated topics such as bike leasing and travel management.
  • Other administrative tasks in the HR department.

Personality:
Values and performance-oriented, hands-on mentality, communicative, interest in legal matters.


Work style:
Independent, team and employee-oriented, structured work approach.


Experience and knowledge:


  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Some experience in recruiting.
  • Knowledge of labor law is desirable.
  • Some experience in reviewing and processing international assignments.

Qualifications:
Completed degree in law, business administration, or a related field.


Languages:
Good knowledge of German and English.


Other:
Mobile work is possible, but a minimum of 2 days of presence in Arnsberg-Müschede is required.
