The Role

Our research group focuses on understanding the heterogeneity of immune cells in blood and tissues in patients with immune-mediated and rheumatic diseases, and how this is associated with different disease outcomes.

We particularly investigate this in the context of innovative treatment concepts such as CAR-T cell therapy and other immunotherapies.

We are looking for a motivated individual with an interest in research and innovative methods, who would like to contribute to the processing of human samples from the clinic.


The diverse tasks include:

  • Isolation of cells from human samples
  • Performance of flow cytometry (FACS)
  • Laboratory and animal management
  • Animal experimental work
  • Isolation of murine primary cells
  • ELISA
  • RNA and DNA isolation
  • Realtime PCR/arrays
  • Histology (IHC, IF) and microscopy
Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as MTA (m/f/d) / BTA (m/f/d) / MTLA
