The MEININGER Hotel Berlin Mitte "Humboldthaus" is looking for a service employee (m/f/d) who is responsible for welcoming our guests and taking care of the breakfast buffet and preparing dinner.

YOUR TASKS:

You are responsible for setting up and dismantling the breakfast buffet and ensuring a constantly available and varied selection of food and drinks
You are responsible for planning, ordering, and preparing dinner for our groups
You prepare simple cold dishes (cheese and cold cut platters, salads, etc.) and drinks and provide information about the composition or ingredients of the food
You welcome our guests for breakfast and inform them about our food and beverage offerings
You are responsible for the cleanliness of your work area according to HACCP guidelines and our internal standards
You manage and monitor inventory and deliveries and place orders for food and consumables
