The DAFV Publishing and Distribution GmbH is looking for a new Managing Director (m/f/d). The position is available from June 1, 2024.


As a subsidiary of the German Anglers' Association (DAFV), the DAFV Publishing and Distribution GmbH has been a partner for environmental technology, club accessories, and gifts for anglers for over 40 years.

V. is the umbrella organization for state and specialized associations at the federal level. Currently, 25 state and specialized associations with approximately 9,000 affiliated clubs are organized within the German Anglers' Association e.
V. With more than 500,000 members, the DAFV is one of the largest recognized nature and environmental associations in Germany. The DAFV is committed to the preservation, protection, and maintenance of native flora and fauna and water landscapes.


Your responsibilities:

  • Development and establishment of a new business operation
  • Creation and distribution of materials for angling associations and related areas
  • Administrative tasks and organization of the GmbH
  • Obligation to provide information to the shareholders
  • Implementation of shareholder resolutions
  • Representation of the company in external relations

  • Education in the commercial sector
  • Identification with the goals of organized angling
  • Commitment, quick comprehension
  • Independent and selfresponsible work
  • Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
