Your tasks in detail:

As a responsible team member in our planning department, it will be your responsibility to professionally handle the planning and coordination of customer appointments, both by phone and in writing.

You will serve as the point of contact for AIDA customers, coordinating appointments while considering customer preferences and internal interests.

It is important that you record all project steps in our planning software to ensure optimal schedule management.
