"Deutsche Bahn is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

Starting on September 1st, 2024, we are looking for you to join our 3-year apprenticeship program as a Traffic Service Clerk (Station Service) (m/f/d) at DB InfraGo AG in Berlin. The vocational school is also located in Berlin.
During your time at the vocational school, accommodation will be provided by DB.
What to expect in your apprenticeship:

You will assist and advise our customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at train stations
Knowledge of travel offers, service and safety measures
Working with modern communication and sales systems
You will acquire important basics of customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management

Your profile:

You have (or will soon have) completed your secondary school education or higher
You have good knowledge of foreign languages
Customer and service orientation are important to you
You remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations
You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
