Receptionist (Human)

Your responsibilities:

You warmly and openly welcome visitors upon entering the building
You connect visitors with the appropriate person while following all visitor management processes using the telephone switchboard
You ensure topnotch customer service
You are responsible for managing visitor and replacement ID cards, as well as ordering taxis and courier services
You assist with building introductions, as well as catering and connecting to meeting rooms
You handle light administrative tasks
You impress with your flexibility in supporting team tasks and projects

Your qualifications:

You have completed a vocational training in the hospitality or hotel industry, and ideally have some experience in a similar position
You impress us with your team spirit and communication skills
Prioritizing and handling pressure come naturally to you
We appreciate your handson mentality and organizational talent
Health and safety are important to you in the workplace
Good German language skills (spoken and written)
