Job Summary:
The Residential Services Lead is responsible for the overall operations of the residential facilities including services, security, maintenance, and the upkeep of the property.

Responsibilities:
Maintains a safe, clean, and secure homelike environment for the residents
- Develops procedures to assure the effective and efficient operations of the houses
- Assures that progress notes for accuracy, quality, and structure according to rule 132/140 before signing and submitting within Carelogic
- Complete 5 billable hours per day on existing Residential consumers
- Maintain appropriate documentation regarding, fire drills, safety drills, and evacuation drills monthly
- Ensures medication documentation each month for consumers onsite
- Complete monthly staff schedules and ensure coverage of facility with at least two staff for each shift
- Assures that all medication brought into the house is labeled with name, dosage, and frequency of each consumer
- Completes progress reports on each consumer in accordance with established time frames in the Carelogic system. Ensure staff progress notes are accurate and complete on a daily basis
- Assures Residential Services is present on all client treatment plans and participates in review of plans with primary program
- Develops bathing, cleaning, and laundry schedules for consumers in need of assistance
- Assures that staff is interacting appropriate with consumers in a professional and effective manner that addresses the needs of the consumer
- Facilitates communication with the primary program regarding consumer issues
- Holds monthly meetings with Residential staff, and documents meeting minutes
- Monitors the houses for potential building or fire code regulations.
- Conducts regularly scheduled supervision with staff and completes performance evaluations
- Conducts ongoing staff development activities
- Supervises the maintenance person for Residential Services, including setting up a work schedule and a list of responsibilities
- Conducts consumer satisfaction activities
- Completes annual management reports
- Conducts various groups to enhance the knowledge and skills of the consumers
- Organize special activities (outings, cook outs, social activities, etc.) for holidays and special occasions
- On call 24/7 365 days per year. Must be available to work all shifts, and able to adjust schedule to fit the needs of the Residential Program regarding scheduling, and staff coverage
- Ensure staff are conducting and billing for 5 groups per week
- Ensure staff are completing 35 billable hours for each 8hour shift for a total 126 billable hours/month
- All failed activities should be resolved by the close of business every Friday, end of business day
- Ensure staff is scheduled in Carelogic for at least 4 weeks in advance, and provide documentation of disciplinary action as necessary
- Ensure all billing is signed on Monday by the close of business from the previous week
- Provide staff with their weekly performance target reports and scheduled appointment report
- Monitor ALL failed activities and ensure they are corrected by Monday end of business day
- Submit performance target report and Failed Activities status report to the Director by close of business every Monday.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 3 years of Social Services experience preferably in a residential setting
- Bachelor's degree in the social service area (i.e., Psychology, Social Work, Social Services, etc.)
- Service oriented, empathetic, and able to interact and develop rapport with a diversified population
- Must pass mandatory background checks which may include prescreenings and preemployment drug testing.
Pay:
$40,000.00 per year
