in the northern part of Hamburg (30 hours/week)
The Rauhe Haus is a diakonisches company. We are close to the people. We base our actions on the values of social work and diakonia. We are committed to innovative developments.

The Social Psychiatry Foundation provides care for people with mental illnesses.

In the team of the meeting point "Der Kessel" in the Hamburg North region, around 40 clients are supported in their own apartments or shared living spaces.

They are located near the Kiwittsmoor train station. Our multi-professional team is looking forward to your support


Your profile:


  • You have a degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification.
  • You have a solid expertise in social psychiatry/nursing and communityoriented networking.
  • You have previous leadership experience.
  • You enjoy developing teams and see yourself as a coach for your employees.
  • You are interested in multiprofessional teamwork and have a cooperative, communicative, and reliable leadership style.
  • You are interested in organizational changes and contributing to such processes.
  • You are highly structured and organized.

Your tasks:


  • You advise and support employees in their professional work and see leadership as valueoriented service.
  • You have professional supervision with personnel responsibility for employees and continue to promote
