As the Head of People & Organization (M/F/d) in Bellville, OH, you will be responsible for leading the People & Organization department at Viessmann Werke Berlin GmbH.

Your main focus will be managing all people and organization related topics at the site. Your role is crucial in developing, optimizing, and implementing people processes and services.

By proactively driving projects and initiatives, you will bring the global People & Organization strategy and Viessmann Leadership culture to life.


Your Impact:


  • Together with your team of people experts, you will further develop the local People & Organization strategy, ensure its implementation and execution, and drive organizational transformation and cultural change within the Viessmann Group.
  • You will act as a sparring partner for managers and provide guidance on relevant topics such as talent management, people development, modern workplace design, and organizational development.
  • You will continuously develop new people processes and services, as well as optimize existing ones, always keeping an excellent employee experience in mind.
  • You will take the lead role in collective bargaining negotiations and work closely with works councils.
  • You will focus on building a trusting relationship with other managers in the people area of the Viessmann Group, including exchanging best practices.
  • Your expertise will enable you to mentor your team and coach them in agile working methods.

Who you are:
