You warmly and openly welcome visitors when they enter the building

You connect visitors with the appropriate person while following all visitor management processes using the telephone switchboard

You manage visitor and replacement ID cards

You ensure top-notch customer service

You assist with building introductions, hospitality, and connecting to meeting rooms

You impress with your flexibility in supporting team tasks and projects

You have successfully completed a vocational training in the hospitality or hotel industry
