Job Description
  • As part of the development of future products and services in various business areas, you will work on the conception, implementation, and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative user research studies to analyze user requirements and needs.
  • You will gain insight into the design thinking and human-centered design process and contribute your own ideas.
  • In addition, you will support exciting testing activities to ensure design decisions.
  • Last but not least, you will actively participate in the development of innovative product concepts, such as in the automotive and consumer goods context, new web-based applications, or service and system solutions.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in psychology, human factors, social sciences, communication sciences, design, or similar
  • Experience and know-how: Ability to develop and conduct targeted solutions for research and testing tasks, as well as the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams and handle multiple tasks under time pressure
