We are currently seeking multiple employees (m/f/d) for the alarm control center on behalf of our client in Cannon Falls, MN.


Your responsibilities:


  • Processing of alarm and fault reports
  • Handling of customer processes
  • Telephone support and advice for complex customer and technician inquiries

Our requirements:


  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Preferably qualified as a security specialist (m/f/d)
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Serviceoriented thinking and acting
  • Reliability, teamwork and flexibility
  • Willingness to work in shifts (3shift system)
