As a Manager of Compensation & Benefits (all genders), you will be responsible for managing and developing our national and international compensation and benefits programs.

Your focus will be on our headquarters in Germany, while also working with country managers to shape global structures.

Your Challenge:

  • You will design and implement competitive and internally equitable compensation plans based on industry standards, our company budget, and job evaluations.
  • In your role, you will be responsible for the development (digitalization) and successful implementation of our annual compensation review, including an attractive bonus program.
  • You will play a key role in managing our HRIS (SAP) and contribute significantly to shaping and implementing our HR digitalization strategy, particularly in the area
