As a Manager of Compensation & Benefits (all genders), you will be responsible for managing and developing our national and international compensation and benefits programs.

  • You will design and implement competitive and internally equitable compensation plans based on industry standards, our company budget, and job evaluations.

  • You will play a key role in managing our HRIS (SAP) and contribute significantly to shaping and implementing our HR digitalization strategy, particularly in the area
