Tasks and responsibilities
- As a full-time lawyer for data protection, you will advise our clients on all data protection issues together with colleagues from IT and act as an external certified data protection officer
- You will be responsible for planning, controlling and attending appointments with customers on site
- Regularly conducting training and data protection audits
- Direct negotiations with commercial and legal contacts on the customer side
- Creation and maintenance of data protection contracts
- Data protection support for works agreements
- Development of concepts for automated deletion of personal data
- Mediation of the requirements of the GDPR and the BDSG_NEU as well as the various state data protection laws
Requirements
- At least satisfactory completion of the 1st or 2nd state examination
- Analytical thinking, communication and organizational skills as well as an extremely structured, independent, reliable and practice-oriented way of working
- Strength in the conception, further development and implementation of measures and processes related to data protection
- Enjoyment of presenting complex legal issues in a simple, understandable and legally secure manner <
