We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Associate

  • Talent Acquisition Associate new grad interested in HR/recruitment, or someone with strong admin & communication skills would be best.
  • It is a fully remote job.
  • Project Based-Need to support hiring Research Students for the summer
  • COVID Vaccines + Booster required at the time of submission.
  • Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Assists in the employment process by timely scheduling of employee health screens and new employee
- orientations and processing of new employee paperwork and forms including HR system input, offer letters,
- applicant response letters and creation of employee files.

  • Maintains confidential HR system records and compiles reports as needed
  • Provides project support for the Human Resources Department which involves collaboration within and
- outside the department, coordination with employees and managers.

  • Assist as a backup for frontoffice coverage and ensure all visitors or callers are acknowledged and greeted in
- a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist with filing and data maintenance of all forms of documents needed for verification of primary source
- verification.


Required Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 01 years related work experience required.
  • Experience with computer systems required, including webbased
- or Access.

Pay:
$ $40.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
