The change you will experience with us:

Your practical phases will primarily take place in various departments of the corporate headquarters in Cologne, whose main task is procurement for our different markets. Therefore, the focus of your training and practical phases will be on our strategic purchasing, category management, and related areas. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get to know other exciting areas within the REWE Group.

These include:

Quality assurance
Human resources management
Finance
Purchasing and logistics

In order to better understand the tasks and responsibilities in our markets, you will also complete a two-week placement in one of our stores during your training.

You will actively participate in daily operations
In addition to a variety of tasks within the team, you will also work independently on projects and support your colleagues
You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model - using MS Office and other IT systems
