The Schwarz IT department manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the business processes of various departments with IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the agile development of our SelfScanning solution
  • As part of a cross-functional team, you will act as a liaison between the business and stakeholders
  • You will gather requirements from different departments and translate them into technical concepts and user stories
  • You will conduct functional tests, create documentation, and ensure high quality of the solution
  • You will be involved in international projects and continuously develop your skills through increasing responsibilities
  • You will bring creative ideas to the table and contribute to the realization of innovative solutions
  • You will work with the team to solve challenging technical issues
  • You will also conduct feasibility studies, provide risk assessments, and lay the foundation for decision-making

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in (Business) Informatics or a similar field
  • You are eager to gain professional experience and take on responsibilities quickly
