We are looking for a communicative, assertive, team-oriented, independent, and reliable
Property Management Employee to join our team.

We are looking for real estate professionals with:

Relevant work experience and a completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent, real estate specialist, or real estate manager
IT affinity and indepth knowledge of common computer programs and property management software
A confident demeanor and negotiation skills
High level of service and customer orientation
Structured work approach
Some technical understanding

Your responsibilities will include:

Independent management and supervision of residential and commercial properties
Contract management (maintenance, insurance, utilities, etc.)
Analysis, monitoring, and optimization of ongoing operating costs
Comprehensive and qualified tenant support, including lease preparation, apartment inspections, security deposit accounting, etc.
Work in the area of technical property management (recording defects, commissioning and monitoring necessary maintenance and modernization measures)
Preparation of operating cost statements
Handling of building insurance claims
