Your Mission:


You support our People & Organization team holistically and get to know the entire employee lifecycle, shaping it from talent acquisition through recruiting and employer branding, to daily tasks and projects in the areas of People Operations and company culture, to initiatives in learning & development.

People Operations: Your focus lies in strengthening our People Operations team, where you independently take on tasks in contract and document management, as well as maintaining and optimizing our HR management tool, Personio.

Process and Project Management: You help us keep track of our most important HR-related KPIs, develop processes, and optimize our internal knowledge management through documentation.

Company Culture and Employee Retention: In addition to daily tasks, you research new topics in the field of company culture and employee retention, bring in your own ideas, and drive projects forward.

  • Additionally, depending on your interests and availability, you can also support us in areas such as talent acquisition, employer branding, and people development.

What you bring:


  • You are currently enrolled as a student.
  • You are communicative, enjoy working with people, and are reliable and independent.
  • Topics and trends in the field of HR and company culture excite you.
  • You feel comfortable working in a team.
  • You are organized and prioritizing tasks comes naturally to you.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), experience with Personio, Confluence, and Asana is a plus.
