Position Purpose: Develop and coordinate materials and marketing activities company wide.• Develop, coordinate and promote new programs for existing and new business initiatives, including marketing materials research and development
• Identify, develop and implement department processes and initiatives
• Identify and implement tracking method for marketing activities to monitor performance and success
• Assist, review, and provide feedback to subsidiaries on marketing campaigns and initiatives, including training them on new processes and programs
• Coordinate approval of marketing and communication materials through the compliance system
• Monitor news that impacts Centene, its subsidiaries and/or the industry
• Develop and maintain relationships with printers, graphic artists and various vendors to facilitate development of marketing material
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of marketing or communications experience. Experience in healthcare marketing a plus.
Pay range: $52,900 to $95,200 per year
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The employee may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
