Join our team at our location in Bramsche as
Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of payroll and salary statements, taking into account all legal and collective bargaining conditions (e.g. labor law, social security law, tax law) in cooperation with our payroll service provider
- Monthly closing tasks
- Processing of time tracking
- Preparation and implementation of personnel measures
- Personnel support and correspondence
- Support in applicant management (planning, organization, and conducting of job interviews)
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. industrial clerk)
- Further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) desirable, but not a requirement
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in time management and payroll accounting
- Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements, ideally in the metal and electrical industry
- Knowledge of income tax and social security law, as well as company pension schemes
- Good MS Office skills
Working hours:
The working hours are from Monday to Friday in a full-time position.
