These exciting tasks await you:


  • Independent legal support for departments, business units, and management of group companies worldwide, particularly in the areas of compliance & data protection, including advice on complex legal issues, projects with potential risks and/or strategic background, including potentially taking on project management
  • Review, drafting, and enforcement of contracts and contractual relationships with business partners worldwide, including conducting contract negotiations and managing any necessary domestic and foreign lawyers, particularly in the areas of compliance & data protection
  • Handling cases in the field of commercial and corporate law, particularly in the areas of antitrust and competition law, data protection law, and other cases in the field of compliance
