We are looking for you to strengthen our recruiting team in Stuttgart.

What we are looking for:

Join our national recruiting team and contribute your ideas and talents actively

You will be responsible for applicant management related to temporary employment in our new company division PEC-Motion

Establish a new application process that fits the requirements of temporary employment and accompany it from the receipt of the application to the hiring process

Excite suitable candidates (m/f/d) about us through active search on social networks and job portals

Develop innovative cooperation opportunities with universities or student initiatives

Be part of our recruiting events and convince candidates in person

With the following competencies:

You already have experience in recruiting

You are familiar with the types of contracts in the field of temporary employment and work contracts

You have excellent German and English language skills as well as good skills in Microsoft Office applications
