Overview:


Our client, one of the largest Energy companies in US providing a wide range of Energy related products and services to its customers, seeks accomplished
Program Support Specialist.





Location: 4 Irving Place, New York, NY 10003

Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension

Notes:


  • Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite; 2 days remote).
  • Hours: 9:00am 5:00pm.

Description:


  • Contractor will provide operational program support for the company's commercial program.
  • Assist and coordinate any discovery meetings for potential participants.
  • Review and confirm eligibility for SCC program offerings.

Payment Preparation:
Charging data will be provided by the participants monthly to receive quarterly incentive payments.

The consultant will be expected to perform the following:


  • Ensure sufficient data is provided for payment which includes but is not limited to,
  • Session and Interval Unique Identification numbers.
  • Session and/or interval Start and Stop date/time in DD:HH:MM:SS.
  • Energy Demand in kWh during session and/or interval duration.
  • The Peak demand in kW during session and/or interval duration.
  • The site's time zone.
  • Charger Outage or uptime.
  • Review data and complete incentive calculation checks using program guide.
  • Complete payment process check.
  • Report on any relevant findings.
