Job Description:

Your tasks:

Conducting telephone consultations and application strategy discussions with students of human and dental medicine from EU countries who are applying for higher semesters in Germany,
Answering emails,
Processing incoming mail (digitizing documents),
Developing and implementing application strategies in collaboration with us,
Conducting telephone and online research for necessary information,
Communicating with universities and state examination offices,
Reviewing applications and documents.

Expected Qualifications:

You are a suitable candidate if you:

Are willing to familiarize yourself with a new subject area or have experience with applying to German universities,
Have a certain interest in administrative processes and a keen eye for details,
Enjoy concentrated work,
Are willing to work together with us on rare long and intense work days until the daily goal is achieved,
Have empathy for the needs and problems of students,
Have good English or other foreign language skills,
And have enough capacity to work with us approximately 2-3 days a week alongside your studies.
