For our client, a well-known company in infrastructure development, we are looking for a long-term employee for an exciting project as a
Technical Support (m/f) in full-time or part-time with a large back office component.

Your tasks:
- Processing and resolving disruptions and inquiries
- Supporting customers in various commercial processes
- Forwarding and commissioning technical services
- Documenting work steps
Your qualifications:
- You have completed an IT education or a comparable qualification and have initial professional experience in customer and project support
- Your German language skills are fluent
- You are motivated, reliable, independent and have a driver's license (Class B)
- You are willing to take on standby duties
