Your responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating the database for debtor and creditor addresses
- Creating collective orders in HSD Nova
- Entering and checking orders, as well as conducting audits in HSD Nova
- Inventory management of medical equipment
- Managing equipment loans and equipment logs
- Comparing data (new and old equipment) with asset accounting
- Contract management
Your profile
- Completed training as an office clerk or a comparable qualification, preferably with a technical or business background
- Experience with CAFM systems, HSD Nova, and SAP is desirable
- Skills in quality management
- Knowledge of appointment scheduling and workflow control
