We are looking for a nursery teacher in our stationary child, youth and family support for our intensive programs in Rösrath.

You bring with you a passion for pedagogical work with children and adolescents who exhibit behavioral originality in combination with developmental problems and psychological peculiarities.

Skill and joy in dealing with children and adolescents with high support needs. Action orientation, resources in creative, musical, sports or similar areas are advantageous.

Teamwork and reliability, openness and willingness to develop, flexibility, resilience, assertiveness, driver's license and driving experience, and a willingness to further education are also important to us.

Job Description:
In our intensive programs, 6 to 8 children and adolescents live together.

Together with the team, you will implement a coordinated and planned daily routine according to the concept of the program.

After a suitable training period, you will be employed during all shifts, including day shifts and night shifts. You will work on the creation and implementation of the Sommerberg support plan. You will carry out process-related documentation in the internal context and participate in reporting. You will also attend team meetings and case consultations.

You will guide the children and adolescents in social, emotional, and cognitive learning and design communication and conflict training in everyday life.

You will apply a hands-on and solution-oriented approach in pedagogical work and crisis situations and participate in family work. You will also be involved in the design and maintenance of the program's premises and all household tasks.
