This is the work environment:
Our team supports all software development teams with agile methods and tools. This includes planning, conducting, and moderating workshops for portfolio planning and team development.


These are the tasks:

  • You support with organizational and administrative tasks.
  • You create decision templates, evaluations, and presentations for the business area.
  • You support the Scrum Masters in organizing and moderating meetings and workshops.
  • You will eventually moderate agile meetings yourself (e.g. reviews/retrospectives).
  • You contribute to the continuous optimization of development processes and promote team development.

This is what we are looking for:

  • You are currently studying business administration, business informatics, business psychology, or a similar field.
  • You are interested in agile software development projects and can clearly and effectively communicate your ideas to the team.
  • You enjoy presenting and communicating with colleagues and clients.
  • You are a team player, selforganized, and want to participate in the value creation process through initiative and commitment.
  • You have good knowledge of SCRUM.
  • Communication skills, openness, and motivation complete your profile.
