We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Technical Manager (m/f/d) for our Radeberg factory, who will act with confidence and passion in the production environment.

Responsibilities:

As a reliable partner to production, you will be responsible for the production technology at our factory. Together with your team, you will ensure a stable and validated production process to ensure delivery capability for our customers at all times.
You will lead the Production Technology team consisting of operations engineers and process coordinators and also have overall responsibility for maintenance at our Radeberg factory.
Using your ability to identify and utilize potential, you will shape our technology and ensure the achievement of performance and quality goals.
You will promote the continuous development of our employees, involve them in shaping processes, and work cooperatively with all departments in the company.
