Become our new team member
We are currently looking for a
part-time (30 hours/week) administrative assistant (m/f/d) for center management at our Gutenberg Center in Mainz, starting
immediately and working
Monday to Friday.
Your new challenges
- General administrative tasks, including cash management
- Maintenance of websites and Facebook, as well as support for PR activities, promotions, and press work
- Creation of standardized lease agreements
- Management/supervision of service companies
- Followup on inspection and maintenance reports and coordination with tenants
- Participation in projects or independent handling of subprojects
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and professional experience in the administrative field
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities
- Serviceoriented and a team player
