Become our new team member


We are currently looking for a
part-time (30 hours/week) administrative assistant (m/f/d) for center management at our Gutenberg Center in Mainz, starting
immediately and working
Monday to Friday.


Your new challenges

  • General administrative tasks, including cash management
  • Maintenance of websites and Facebook, as well as support for PR activities, promotions, and press work
  • Creation of standardized lease agreements
  • Management/supervision of service companies
  • Followup on inspection and maintenance reports and coordination with tenants
  • Participation in projects or independent handling of subprojects

Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and professional experience in the administrative field
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities
  • Serviceoriented and a team player
