- Telephone and written correspondence

- Creating and processing invoices
- Assisting with monthly accounting tasks
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar education
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service mindset
- Good written and verbal English skills
