Educator (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Educational and care activities with children aged eight weeks to six years in an open concept
Designing and coordinating the daily routine of the daycare center
Responsibility for implementing the facility's concept
Collaboration with parents as educational partners (m/f/d)
Observation and documentation of children's development
Responsibility for project work

WHAT YOU BRING

Completed vocational training as an educator (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
Good expertise, especially in the Berlin educational program and the Kuno Beller development table
Enthusiasm and empathy in working with children combined with high social competence
Willingness and ability to work in larger teams and in an open concept
Organizational skills and willingness to further education
Resilience and enjoyment of changing challenges
