We are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) for the Market and Integration department at the Jobcenter.
The Jobcenter of the city of Regensburg is looking for a team leader for the Market and Integration department. The role includes managing, leading, and coordinating multiple teams. You will be responsible for the personnel and professional management of employees from different employers.

The Market and Integration department supports and guides employable, needy citizens of Regensburg in their integration into employment. The goal is to end or reduce their need for assistance.

You will report to the management and department head and work closely with three other team leaders.

The legal basis for the Jobcenter's tasks is primarily the Social Code Book II (SGB II), which implements the citizen's income.

Working hours:
Full-time

What are your main responsibilities?

Managing and leading the department with 3 teams
Leading and coordinating, including responsibility for achieving goals within the assigned organizational unit
Supervision and personnel responsibility within the designated framework
Coordinating and optimizing crossdepartmental processes
Other professional tasks and customer concerns
