YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advising and supporting users in the departments in the use of IT applications as well as in process or system-related questions
Recording and analyzing problems in the context of IT applications and carrying out or coordinating their resolution, also in collaboration with software manufacturers
Supporting departments in the creation of concepts or specifications (requirements documents) for the expansion and further development of IT applications
Creating and reviewing requirements documents for the expansion and further development of IT applications
Creating test scenarios, test cases, and test data
Planning and conducting system and integration tests
Providing user training and support
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide recommendations for improvement and optimization of IT systems.
